well as for advice on the acquisition

Gamble in Mexico and Latin America.
To date we have developed and
implemented two projects totaling

Micro-project development for
self-sufficiency in electric power, air
conditioning and hot water in
restaurants.

Development project to import natural gas through a pipeline from the border with the United States to Monterrey, NL
Iberdrola
Designated as a consulting firm to assist in international competitive bidding for
independent power producer with a capacity of 1,000 MW, including expansion to achieve self supply of electricity with private users. The
Monterrey III project with a capacity of 1140 MW is in operation since 2003.

Designated as a consulting firm to
develop and implement a trigeneration project, as well as for advice on the acquisition of primary fuels.
